Specialising in dot work drawings Sarah launched her business Die-Monde in January 2015 selling her art as prints and art cards. Sarah also runs a tattoo business under Die-Monde where she specializes in hand poked tattoos.

believing you should do one thing well, Sarah works in dot work for her drawings and tattoos, allowing for perfect reproduction from her paper designs to the skin. Dot work or perhaps more commonly known as pointillism, is where an image is formed through the accumulation of dots, depth, detail and shading is achieved through the density and size of the dots. Sarah uses fine liner ink pens with varying sized nibs to create the art works, the smallest of which allows for intricate and precise detail. For the tattoos, the method of hand poking is used, where a tattoo needle is used to 'poke' ink into the skin, dot by dot, without a machine.

Sarah is rapidly gaining worldwide recognition for her work within both industries. although relatively young, Sarah has achieved impressive accolades thus far. her work as a painter with prestigious mannequin manufacturer Adel Rootstein has seen her pieces erected in the national portrait gallery as part of major exhibition ‘beetles to bowie’ as well as painting pieces for leading retail stores such as Harrods, Liberties, Selfridges and Louis Vuitton. More recently Sarah has been featured in British Vogue as an up and coming artist to watch and Cosmopolitan magazine, Bust magazine and the Washington Post have all featured her in articles on her hand poked tattoos.
